Deserts no hurmas, maskarpones un kafijas – īsts svētku gardums!

Ir vērts pagatavot šo desertu gan uz svētkiem, gan arī ikdienai!

Recepte 3 porcijām

Sastāvdaļas:

  • 1 nogatavojusies hurma
  • 1 apelsīns
  • 150 g maskarpone
  • 7-9 cepumi
  • 3 ēdamkarotes brūnais cukurs
  • 1 tējkarote malta kafija

Pagatavošana:

No apelsīna noņem miziņu, izspiež sulu un savāc mīkstumu.

Hurmu nomazgā, noņem serdi un kauliņus.

Mazā traukā novāra kafiju, pievieno 1 tējkaroti cukura un nedaudz apelsīna mizu, ļauj iestāvēties un atdzesē.

Cepumus samaļ blenderī lielās drupačās.

Hurmu, apelsīnu mīkstumu, miziņu un sulu sakuļ kopā ar maskarponi. Pievieno cukuru un vēlreiz sakuļ.

Desertu liek glāzēs vai vienā kopīgā traukā, veidojot kārtas: maskarpones slānis, cepumu slānis, kuru aplej ar kafiju, atkal maskarpone. Dekorē ar cepumu drupačām.
